Refund policy

Please make sure to check our sizes for each individual product and measure correctly before ordering. If you have any questions regarding fit please email before you place an order.

Made to order items are non refundable, however if you have an issue with your order please contact us on hello@beyondhell.co.uk and we will help resolve the issue.

If your item is a ready to ship item we are happy to exchange for a different size providing we have it in stock. Please check before contacting us. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and must re-pay to have the new size shipped out to you. 

Shipping once dispatched is non refundable.
